The Global Wellness Summit is an event where international leaders gather to chart a course for the future of the $5.6 trillion wellness economy. But it is not just about gaining exclusive knowledge from expert speakers for navigating business decisions. This conference is about relationships—deep, meaningful relationships that likely are personally enjoyable and most certainly will make significant impact on your business. To nurture these connections, we have an application process for those who have not previously attended to ensure these leaders share a common status. Senior executives within companies and organizations, founders, leading academics, high-ranking government officials and those renowned in the health and wellness industries typically comprise the global group of delegates at the Summit. Please note, seats are limited by location and there is often a waiting list, so before submitting your application please review the costs and policies and be ready to register within two weeks upon approval. The New Delegate registration fee includes:**
• All general and breakout sessions
• App providing real-time translation in over 30 languages
• Access to the Global Wellness Institute’s research that will be released at the at the Summit
• Access to the Technology Pavilion
• Lunches, breaks, dinners, social events and activities
• A printed copy of the Delegate Directory
• Sponsor tote bag and collection of sponsor gifts
• Access to online videos and presentations after the event
The New Spouse/Significant Other registration fee:
This discounted Spouse/Significant Other rate is a special offer for the Spouses/Significant Others of registered Delegates. Please note that Spouses/Significant Others are invited to attend all conference sessions and social functions, but they will not receive a copy of the Delegate Directory.
(**If multiple invitees from a common organization would like to attend, each invitee must register individually at the full Delegate rate.)
Cancellation Policy
Registered Delegates (including speakers, sponsors and press) or Spouses/Significant Others who cancel their registration before and including August 1, 2024 will receive a full refund, minus a US $400 processing fee. Registered Delegates or Spouses/Significant Others who cancel between August 2, 2024 and September 15, 2024, will receive a 50% refund.
After September 16, 2024, no refunds will be given, and please note, we are not able to make any exceptions.
