Transportation & Shuttle Schedule for Delegates Staying at the RUSACKS HOTEL

The Global Wellness Summit (GWS) is pleased to offer the below shuttles complimentary to registered delegates staying at the Rusacks hotel in case they are unable to walk the short distance between the Rusacks and Old Course Hotel (OCH). Please note that for the event start and end times, there will be small Old Course Hotel branded shuttles going back and forth between the two hotels for those who prefer a ride. We encourage you to walk the 0.3 mile/500-meter distance along the golf course to enjoy the brisk North Sea air. Shuttles depart outside the main entrance of the hotels.

November 4:
12PM –
1:30PM:           Shuttles between Rusacks and OCH for Summit Sessions
5:00PM –
10:30PM:        Shuttles between OCH and Rusacks for VIP reception, welcome party and after dinner conversations

November 5:
7:30AM –
8:30AM:          Shuttles between Rusacks and OCH for Summit Sessions
5:40PM –
6:30PM:          Shuttles back to Rusacks after Summit sessions
7:00PM:          Shuttle from Rusacks to dine-around restaurants in town
9:00PM:          Shuttle from dine-around restaurants in town back to Rusacks

November 6:
7:30AM –
8:30AM:          Shuttles between Rusacks and OCH for Summit Sessions
5:40PM –
6:30PM:          Shuttles back to Rusacks after Summit sessions
7:30PM:          Shuttle to gala venue – Falside Mill (Kingsbarns, St Andrews KY16  8PT)

11:00PM        Shuttles from Falside Mill back to Rusacks

November 7:
7:30AM –
8:30AM:         Shuttles between Rusacks and OCH for Summit Sessions
4:50PM –
5:30PM:         Shuttles back to Rusacks after Summit sessions

November 8:
7:30AM:          Shuttle to East Sands for Wild Swimming departing from OCH
9:00AM:          Shuttle back to OCH from Wild Swimming

Please note that there are plenty of taxis available that you can call via a hotel’s concierge should you wish to travel at a time different from the shuttle schedule. Those trips would be at your own expense.
