Louis T. Lemay, President Lemay Architect, Fellow of the Royal Architecture Institute of Canada, will discuss Humaniti, a mixed-use vertical city in Montreal, plus what it took to develop one of Canada’s first Fitwel 3-star rated buildings
Patrick Bosque, Deputy Managing Director, Hines France, will discuss Hines’ STREAM Building in Paris, a mixed-use, winner of the Reinvent Paris competition and recipient of ULI Europe 2023 Awards for Excellence
