Why Attend?
Be the first to learn the latest research, make connections with insiders in this sector, and learn from the thought leaders shaping the future of Wellness Real Estate & Communities. Find out why evidence-based wellness is creating value in real estate asset classes, as the Agenda covers topics ranging from Robbie Hammond’s panel with John Alschuler, Adam Flatto and Elizabeth Diller on large-scale projects at the intersection of real estate, parks, art and wellness to Kathryn Scheckel and Peter Epping on how Hines is moving beyond ESG to unlock industry-changing innovations and address sustainability imperatives impacting human health in a more meaningful way.
Must-Meet Attendees
Anticipate engaging discourse with top executives, developers, investors, architects, wellness experts and media. All attendees receive an exclusive Directory with contact details for all in-person participants, including notable speakers such as Craig Collin, CEO of Tavistock; Joseph G. Allen, assistant professor and director of the Healthy Buildings Program at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health; and Deepak Chopra, the architect of wellness programming at JPMorgan Chase.
Compelling Conversations
Anticipate engaging discourse inspired by the Agenda topics, speakers and panels, but also with our signature Table Topic networking lunch where each table is hosted by a thought leader and designed to forge new connections and conversation on the designated topic and beyond. As always, our event will end with a Champagne Toast (or sparkling water if you prefer), just the beginning of the new relationships you will forge at this exclusive event.
Tangible Takeaways
A new business opportunity, three new ideas, clarity on a valuation—this Symposium will change your work for the better. In addition to inside industry execs sharing real numbers behind current and future projects, new research will be presented by the nonprofit Global Wellness Institute from their upcoming Wellness Policy Toolkit: Wellness in the Built Environment regarding strategies for implementing wellness policies, and the International WELL Building Institute will share emerging evidence on how investing in health pays back.
