Sunrise Wild Swim & Photoshoot
with Anna Deacon & Vicky Allan

Date: Friday, November 8, 8:00 am
Duration: 1 hour
Meeting & Swim Point: The tidal pool near East Sands (you can either walk there or take a shuttle from one of our partner hotels)
To book: If you are already registered for the Summit, sign back in to your GWS registration with your email and confirmation number to add the activity. If you are not registered yet, feel free to book the activity via the form at time of registration.

We would advise you bring the following with you (we will provide tea):
-Water shoes, or neoprene wetsuit boots/socks and gloves if you have them. You will find you get coldest in your extremities
-Loose clothing for easy dressing afterwards.
-Lots of layers!
-A warm hat, this can also be worn in the water to keep the heat in
-Swimsuit or wetsuit – your choice. We prefer to swim in swimsuits as it is just easier to change afterwards but you are free to swim as you wish
Then we can walk back to the hotels for breakfast and warm showers allowing our body temperatures to come up naturally through movement.
*This event will be weather dependent and will go ahead whatever the weather, unless it is deemed unsafe*
